Solar Street Vendor Spotted at Hirshorn Museum

This definitely looks like a screenshot from "Cops"

My buddy works at the Federal Aviation Administration in DC up on the 7th or 8th floor. He's got a great view of the city.

He knows I'm obsessed with solar and the other day, he snapped of photo of this. It's a "solar" street vendor selling tee-shirts and DC paraphernalia.

The vendor is parked just south of the Hirshorn Museum at Independence and 7th St. NW. They have four panels on the roof (I imagine the capacity is just less than 1,000 watts).
